Great Granns did an amazing catering job for an open house party at SSA. The party was for over 200 people and they can be a tough crowd. Great Granns exceeding our expectations and everyone was VERY pleased with such a soulful breakfast, not to mention their professionalism. The home fries were a big hit and we even ran out. I will definitely keep them in mind for future events...

I was introduced to Great Granns by my daughter via a picture. It's the best soul seafood I've ever had. I live 2 hours away for my daughter's school but I visit Great Granns every other weekend, since I'm visiting my daughter? Once you've tried it you'll be back....I promise.

My absolute favorite! Aside from the best mac and cheese and perfectly seasoned seafood (and oh goodness the ribs!) It's good to see the commitment to the community that this establishment has. I've visited many times after church and during my lunch break. I've seen the employees help elderly customers to and from their cars, watched them interact with regulars, welcome people who have traveled from far away, even allowing them to sample items. Most of all it seems that one of the owners has really tried to help keep some of the young kids off of the street by allowing them to help out. I didn't know any of the employees when I started coming to Great Granns, but now, I truly feel like I'm also part of the family! They explained their family legacy in the recipes and it really surprised me, the story and love behind the business. It really is more personal for them! Thank you for filling my belly and my spirit! May God Bless you and all of your endeavors!

Great Food! Nice staff! I recently had a repast catered by them and we are still talking about that food. Chicken w/Great Grann sauce was awesome, good cheesy mac & cheese, & fresh veggies that were cooked right! Would def recommend for picking up dinner on the way home AND catering too!

First time visiting the new location I ordered the catfish and it became my instant favorite. It's better than my Grandma's and I never thought that would be possible. I am obsessed with the string beans. Actually everything on the menu is DELICIOUS. The staff is amazing, very patient when I'm being indecisive. Every time I try something new I'm pleasantly surprised. The owner told me they pride themselves on making tasty low-sodium food which is so important as I suffer from hypertension. I LOVE LOVE LOVE Great Granns!!! They have a customer for life.

The food is EXCELLENT!! Great customer service as well. Everything I've had from the menu was great but you must try the seafood fries and buffalo shrimp!!

Ordered this shrimp and grits. Scrumptious! So now, I’m ordering dinner and tomorrow’s lunch. I live an hour away, so I’m making this trip extra worthwhile. Visit. You will not regret it!

Small spot tucked off in an old shopping plaza serving good food. Service was quick. A menu item wasn't available and before I ordered I was offered a higher priced item to replace it. This is a service art form that has been lost. On top of that the fish was fried to perfection the sides of greens and mac & cheese were great. Will be back to try other menu items.
